We want you to love your Jones Road products, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer free returns and exchanges on all orders within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original packaging and in gently used condition to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to begin the process.

  Select Items

  Choose the specific products you wish to return or exchange and provide a brief reason for the request.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid USPS shipping label provided at the end of the portal session.

• 4.
  Ship It Back

  Pack your items securely, attach the label, and drop the package off at any authorized mail carrier location.
